Soffit and Fascia
An often overlooked part of your home that makes a big difference in the curb appeal is soffit and fascia. I do it on 1 and 2 level homes.
Siding
I do all types of siding repairs including vinyl, cement board, shake, wood, metal, brick, stone and veneer. Whatever type of siding you have, I can repair or replace it.
Roofing

Framing

Concrete
In Cuba, we build everything in the house out of concrete, not just the foundations, but the walls, the floors and even the roof is commonly made out of cement. I am very experienced with concrete.

The most important thing with demolition is that it is done safely. The area been demolished should be sectioned off from the rest of the home to prevent dust, dirt, debris and other contaminants from entering your living space.

Gardening and Landscaping

Carpentry
Attention to detail is the most important thing with finish carpentry. The famous saying measure twice, cut once was probably said by a finish carpenter and I have adopted the rule as mine.
Decks
Decks can be one of the most enjoyable outdoor spaces, better be sure you have a safe one. If not, don't worry, I fix handrailings, rotten boards, steps and more for you, even make it look brand new!
Doors
A good door is a secure door. I can make your old door secure by installing new handles, locks and releveling as needed or I can install a new door. Either way, I can make your door safe.
Windows
Rain is coming, make sure your windows are water tight. Most times I can just remove the old silicone or caulk and reapply an appropriate product or just replace the window. It's up to you.
Painting
The key to a good paint job is proper preparation. The surface must be clean and sanded. All nails should be removed and the holes filled. Then the proper paint must be used for the type of surface being painted and if it is exterior or interior.
Fences
Beautiful fences require the use of string to create a level line to build on. This makes the fence look straight even if the ground underneath is not level. Then I install the post deep into the ground with concrete for added strength and durability.
Plumbing
I can handle all your plumbing needs from leaks to slow drains. I also install new fixtures to update your home decor. Why pay a plumber, if a handyman can do the same work for less?
Electrical
Do you need electrical repairs? Whether replacing an outlet to installing a new ceiling fan or fixing your lights, if it is legal for a handyman to do it, we can do it. Satisfaction guaranteed.
